When you came to earth to dwell
You knew that you’d be put through hell.
But one thing that we knew for sure
The Savior is the perfect cure.
Growing up did not seem fair
It often felt like no one cared.
Looking back it’s all so clear
The Savior handled all my fear.
Children bring the greatest joy
They’re fragile like a precious toy.
They test you to the uttermost
And never, ever let you coast.
Trials come and trials go
Life’s never easy, never slow.
One thing’s for certain and for sure
God loves you with a love so pure.
You’ll never make it on your own
Because some seeds were never sown.
Just don’t focus on the bad
Seek for Jesus to be glad.
If you’re faithful to the end
Stay true to God and never bend.
He’ll be there even when you fall
His arm’s sufficient for us all!
